constellation seminars |

Three to five day seminars where there is enough
time to facilitate systemic constellations for
all participants. The constellations typically
cover a range of topics, such as:

- Mergers and acquisitions
- Business conflict
- Leadership
- Branding and proposition testing
- Career development
By observing and representing
in constellations of other participants, you will
develop an understanding of a multitude of issues
and develop systemic awareness, which can be applied
to your own organisation and increase your effectiveness
in your job. Systemic awareness will be further
developed in these seminars with special exercises
and lectures.

constellation facilitator training |

Develop systemic awareness and learn to facilitate
systemic constellations. To be able to
work with this powerful yet simple technique needs
emotional intelligence and emotional
maturity. It is not just a theory that
can be learned through reading and making notes.
It needs presence, like may be seen in an actor,
musician or dancer. It also needs the psychological
skills to create a safe place for the client to
explore the invisible, the unconscious mind, the
fourth dimension.
Because of these requirements, systemic constellation
facilitator training is organised on an individual
basis; it is an apprenticeship with a program tailored
to your needs. The typical program includes:
- Systemic
awareness
- A lot of exposure to systemic organisational
constellations
- Theory of systemic organisational
training
- Practice and theory of family constellations
- Systemic
coaching
- Development of emotional and psychological
skills
- Development of presence
- Introduction to other
techniques that are helpful in combination with
systemic constellations
