You are a unique human being,
there is no one else like you.
And yet we all model ourselves on external influences,
such as the dictates of the media, politics or
culture. We do not allow ourselves just to be what
we are. It is hard work to try to be like
someone else; like being in an ill fitting
suit or a pair of pants that are too tight, we
are in discomfort and constant tension.
Chronic fatigue has reached epidemic dimensions whilst many
people keep going fuelled by coffee and other energy lifters. Others take refuge
in dreams and addictions. Others again are caught up in complaints
and accusations.
The result is the same: paralysis.
Yet, the strange thing is that reality
is always friendly once we allow ourselves to be,
and I can assist you in this by:
- Facilitating an
understanding of your place in your personal
and family history
- Helping you check how real
your dreams and internal pictures are
- Supporting
you in relating to yourself
- Assisting you to
get out of your comfort zone
- Encouraging you to
allow something new to happen
I
use systemic
family constellations, systemic
coaching and other systemic
techniques as a powerful tool to
make it possible for you to move from mediocrity
to excellence in living and working.

Is your work exciting you? Are you able to make
money with what excites you? Do you trust yourself,
your abilities and your skills in relation to your
work? Do you know where your place is for you to
work productively, effectively and with satisfaction?
Do you know your purpose?
Systemic career development can assist you discover
your strengths, which are often masked or buried
in the unconscious mind and can be experienced
only when you begin to design your life consciously
and purposely.
I use systemic
organisational constellations and systemic
coaching to
address issues such as:
- Career planning
- Career transitions
- Career conflicts
- How to have a life and a
job
Burnout
Burnout is spreading and when it hits is not just
causing you a great deal of misery. Stress leave,
as well as high staff turnover, causes disruption
and a great deal of cost to businesses. I approach
this issue from a bigger picture. Using systemic
organisational consulting principles, systemic
organisational constellations and other systemic
techniques, I address questions
not commonly asked, such as:
- Is this position affecting
your physical health?
- Are you doing more than
you should do?
- Is the work imposed on you?
I also reference to
your family system using various forms of systemic
family constellationsto
resolve entanglements. Sometimes you are caught
up in an issue bigger than one you can solve yourself.
Looking for a new job?
When contemplating a new job or a new direction
in your career it helps to first sort out your
past to clear the way into a positive future. In
a systemic
organisational constellation you
can set up former jobs or trainings with the following
intentions:
- Is there something to be acknowledged?
- Is there
something incomplete?
- What is my ideal position?
When things are put in order, respect is given to your learning and
experiences.

Systemic coaching is not a narrow focus on
your goal, it includes the shadow sides of what
is missing and the internal dialog that goes
on in each person’s
head. Systemic coaching includes the bigger
picture, the systems you work and live in. For
example, to achieve better performance does not
just depend on your ability; it also depends on
your position in your team, the teams position
in the department etc. Every action has a ripple
effect throughout the whole system, which in this
case would be the organisation you work for.
Systemic coaching is an excellent follow up after
you have done a systemic
organisational constellation or a systemic
family constellation. You will be able
to work on an individual basis through issues,
insights and ideas that might have come up from
the systemic constellation. I also deal with deeply
ingrained habitual behaviours that have been brought
to the surface during a systemic constellation.
Systemic coaching can support you:
- To translate
insights of the constellation into action
- To integrate
the new information and to drop old habits
Change requires courage, strength and
determination.
I offer systemic coaching
as an assistance to
you to be in flow with your life:
- Live
your life with intent
- Uncover entanglements from
family and environmental influences
- Stay focussed,
motivated, purposeful and accountable
I
work according to the code of ethics of the Queensland
Counsellors Association of which I am a member: www.qca.asn.au/about/codeofethics.php

people in charge can do |
|
Companies are discovering that coaching and in
particular systemic coaching can
lead to more balanced, vibrant and happy employees.
That leads to:
- Better working relationships
- Increased productivity
and efficiency
- Less staff turnover
Individual systemic coaching
for team members is an excellent follow up to a systemic
organisational constellation of a team that
might be under-performing or in conflict.
