Helena Consulting Pty Ltd was founded on 30th October 2002 with the vision of bridging the gap between technical solutions and the well being of people for organisations in this ever changing world.
We work with people who have quantitatively achieved a certain living and working standard, and are now motivated to improve their work and life qualitatively as well. We take 20 plus years of spiritual learning and business experience and apply them to the place where the majority of adults spend much of their waking time, the work place.

Preeti Helena, MA (Couns, QUT), BEd (Switzerland) is the founder of Helena Consulting. She is a systemic organisational consultant, focussing on business transformation and the facilitation of change in organisational, professional and personal issues. Preeti is also a trainer and develops IT and other educational programs for businesses. Her passion is discovering the hidden dynamics of human systems and, through the application of the systemic constellation model, helping to bring entanglements move towards resolution.
Preeti, trained in systemic constellations by the developers and leading exponents of this powerful tool: Bert Hellinger, Gunthard Weber, Hunter Beaumont and other outstanding practitioners, has over 20 years of experience in counselling, personal development, meditation and group processes including NLP and personal and team coaching. She is also a trained teacher.
Recently awarded a masters degree in counselling by QUT, for her work on the application of systemic constellations to career issues, Preeti also brings a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the changes it brings to the workplace – having been employed as a ‘change facilitator’, trainer and developer of training material in a number of major IT projects for clients such as:

Preeti develops customised programs for organisations, leads systemic constellation group workshops, conducts individual face-to-face and over-the-phone consultations and provides systemic coaching. She also collaborates with other practitioners in the delivery of holistic healing programs such as body image and pregnancy support, incorporating systemic constellations with other modalities.
Preeti is a skilled, experienced and insightful facilitator, trainer and presenter. Her presence is warm and gentle, yet strong, charismatic and above all non-judgmental. She is exceptional in the way she uses her creativity, bringing the soft emotional and intuitive factor into a hard, rational and technical work place.
When working with people she is calm, receptive and presents her depth and initiative with grace, empathy and compassion. She is observant.
Preeti is passionate about her work and shows new pathways by advising without giving advice. Her influence is based on observation and an openness to new ideas. She presents options, not solutions and, through her life experience, she is not scared to explore challenging issues. She creates a safe environment appropriate to the client to explore their issues.
Preeti has managed to creatively incorporate the paradox of life. By coming from a quiet place, she facilitates the path to results of spontaneity, which also provides an environment to create and incubate new ideas for the client. In short, Preeti creates a supportive environment where resolution is probable.

Malcolm Duffield joined Helena Consulting in 2006.
Malcolm Duffield is a business innovator, combining the strong understanding of technology of a graduate Applied Physicist with twenty five years of business experience gained in senior sales and management roles with the following:

A strong communicator, courtesy of an earlier career in advertising, Malcolm has developed and delivered many powerful technology based, business-oriented value propositions to companies such as AMP, American Express, BHP-Billiton, Boeing, National Australia Bank, Optus, Telstra,  Westpac and the like, both here in Australia and overseas.  Throughout his career he has developed a keen awareness of the human factors effecting the success, or otherwise, of change-oriented technology projects and now incorporates this with Preeti Helena’s systemic constellation work.
Malcolm has developed hardware, software and service products, often as highly combinative collections of technologies and processes that provide high internal leverage of technology whilst empowering the user. As a result of this work, he has a thorough appreciation of the role of stakeholder management in pan-organisational change.
Malcolm has extensive experience as a ‘contract fire fighter’ – responsible for repairing client relationships and resolving longstanding contractual and technical issues, and he has the necessary emotional intelligence and political awareness to defuse the most contentious of situations.
